Ludwig van Beethoven's String Quartet No. 4, Op. 18, No. 4 in C minor (1798–1800) was published in 1801. It consists of four movements:

1. Allegro ma non tanto
2. Andante scherzoso quasi allegretto
3. Menuetto: Allegretto
4. Allegro – Prestissimo

It is thought that this quartet may be in part based upon earlier material.
